Pono Ranch is open 7 days a week for lunch, dinner, weekend brunch, and happy hour.

Monday through Thursday: 11:30am till 10pm
Friday: 11am till Midnight
Saturday: 10am till Midnight
Sunday: 10am till 10pm
Weekend Brunch Hours: 11am to 2pm
Espresso & Walk- Up Window: 11:30am till 2pm

Our Philosophy

We strive to always use organic ingredients and make everything in house. Our meats, produce, and fruits are either organic or naturally raised. Our salad dressings and granola are made in our kitchen using only the freshest ingredients and herbs. Our juices can be made individually for each customer from garden fresh ingredients. All of our biscuits, scones, and muffins are baked from scratch right here in our Pono Ranch kitchen. Fresh ingredients and house made is the deal here. Our facility was constructed in part with material repurposed from the original structure including the bar, portions of the tables, and the fencing as well as materials gathered from salvage yards, the woods, and industry friends at large. A full water filtration system, solar water heating, radiant floor heating are all an integral part of our sustainable vision for the Pono Ranch experience.
